Who this publication is for, what it covers, and where to begin.

Who this is for

What Fits Now is for people who are already using a GLP-1 medication and are living with what changes afterward. It begins after treatment starts and focuses on what comes next: clothes that no longer fit, a smaller appetite, a body that moves differently, and a social world that has opinions about all of it.

What What Fits Now covers

The practical side of major weight loss: clothing during rapid body change, protein and smaller meals, food waste and household routines, body changes, strength, identity and privacy, and travel. Writing draws on personal experience, and when products come up, on actual use.

How testing, sourcing, and affiliate links are handled is written up in the editorial policy and the disclosure.

What it does not cover

What Fits Now does not provide medication sourcing, dosing advice, treatment instructions, or telehealth referrals. It does not offer diet plans or calorie guidance. It does not make medical claims. Those questions belong in a conversation with a medical provider.

About Nora and the pen name

Nora is a pen name. She is a real person writing from personal experience after losing more than 140 pounds, and she keeps her legal name private to keep this work separate from her professional and family life. The pen name changes nothing about the standards here.
